TKY's Secretariat has unusual opening hours during Christmas and New Year holidays:

Thursday December 17th 9 am to 4 pm

Friday December 18th 9 am to 10.30 am

December 21st to December 25th the Secretariat is closed

December 28th to December 30th 9 am to 4 pm

Thursday December 31st 9 am to 1 pm

Friday January 1st 2010 the Secretariat is closed
