Counselling on Rules and Regulations

The TKY provides counselling on rules and regulations for associations in the primary register in cases of rules and regulations changes. If you want to found a new, association operating closely with the TKY, you can contact jarjestoasiat(at)tky.fi.

The changes in rules and regulations of an association take place in the following way:

1. New rules and regulations are created
2. New rules are taken to be inspected by the Secretary of Organizational Affairs (if necessary the rules and regulations committee comments on them) 
3. The new rules and regulations are accepted by two consecutive meetings of the association
4. The rules and regulations accepted by the meeting of the association are them delivered to the Secretary of Organizational Affairs
5. The Secretary of Organizational Affairs takes the new rules and regulations to the rule and regulation committee
6. If the new rules and regulations leave nothing to comment on, they are then given to the Board of the TKY
7. The new rules and regulations are given to the Representative Council, which examines that the association is eligible to belong to the primary register.
