Cleaning work includes the cleaning of the stairwells, shared bathrooms and the floors of the common suite areas. The residents of the suites will be kept informed of the dates of the cleaning days. Each resident is responsible for cleaning his or her own room and for maintaining cleanliness in the common suite areas.

Room inspections
Moving house inspections are handled by TKY’s superintendent (tel. 468 2161).
For the most part, the inspection of premises which a tenant has vacated is carried out immediately at the beginning of the month following the move. If the tenant is not on the premises, the inspector will open the door with a master key, leaving a note reporting that the inspection has been performed.
