Student Union Elections 2007
The elections for the represenative council of the Student Union of Helsinki University of Technology (TKY) for calendar years 2008 and 2009 will be held on Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th of November 2007. Additionally an option for voting in advance will be available on Wednesday October 31st and Thursday November 1st 2007.
Eligible voters are those student union members who have enrolled at TKK for the Autumn 2007 term and have paid their student union fees.
The council has 45 seats which are elected every two years. The council is the highest decision making body of the student union and the seats are allocated by a public vote. Every member has a single vote which he/she can cast to a single candidate.

The polling station is located in the lobby of the TKK main building (Otakaari 1) and is open during the following times:
- Thursday November 1st from 11:30 to 18:00
- Tuesday November 6th from 9:30 to 18:00
- Wednesday November 7th from 9:30 to 19:00
You need to be able to prove your identity at the polling so remember to bring your student card or f.i. a passport with you.

Coalitions are marked with a "Vaaliliitto" prefix. Coalitions may have chosen to further ally their forces to form rings ("Vaalirengas").
