Standard of equipment in the apartments

Jämeräntaival 1,3,5,6 and 7 (TKY 2,3,4,8 and 5), Otaniemi

The apartments are unfurnished. The cooker and refrigerator in JT 3-5-6-7 are in the shared facilities; in JT 1, the refrigerators are in the rooms, the cooker is in the shared facilities. The WC/shower in JT 5 and 7 is in the shared facilities.

All apartments have a cable TV connection.

All apartments have an Ethernet connection. The network fee is included in the rent. You can find out more information about the Teekkarikylä Trinet data network at verkko.tky.fi/.

Most of the apartment blocks in Teekkarikylä were built in the 50s and 60s. They have been renovated, but no allowance was made for people with allergies.

Smoking indoors is prohibited.
