Party, Gaming and Meeting Facilities
The TKY provides its members with five different meeting, gaming and partying facilities. The first price is for TKY members and the second price for other users. Associations close to the TKY pay the Teekkari price for the facilities.

Servin Mökki
Jämeräntaival 4
Servin Mökki can accommodate up to 150 people. It is a good place for big sitsis or parties.
Time of use 5 pm – 1 am.
Price: € 70 for teekkaris (associations € 45) / € 400 others
You can apply for an overnight permission for the Smökki (1-5 am) from the Secretary of Organizational Affairs (jarjestoasiat(at)tky.fi). The overnight permission costs € 100.
You can rent party lights and sound systems to Smökki from OUBS (email teknikot(at)oubs.fi or phone 09-4682128) by contacting them beforehand.
Peli- ja sitsitila
Jämeräntaival 3a, on the ground floor
Peli- ja sitsitila can accommodate c. 40 people. It's good for e.g. board gaming events or small sitsis. There is a drink fridge in the facility.

Takkakabinetti
Jämeräntaival 3 a, on the ground floor
Takkakabinetti can accommodate c. 40 people. It is a cabinet with a fireplace and a small fridge, good for get-togethers or small sitsis.

Yhdistystila
Jämeräntaival 1, own entrance on the inner court
Yhdistystila can accommodate c. 20 people. It is a room with one wall of windows, good for small get-togethers.

Dernecon
Located in the connecting gallery between Jämeräntaival 5a and 5 b, entry from the B-stairway
This facility can accommodate c. 20 people. Dernecon is a small room, but suits well for meetings or small gaming events.

Otarannan kerhotila
Otaranta 8 b, on the basement floor
Otarannan kerhotila can accomodate up to 40-45 people. The room has a kitchen and tableware for 40 people. Good for sitsis or other events serving food.
