Secretaries
The actual executive branch of the organizational affairs is the paid secretaries, who act as experts of their sectors and assist the Board. The head of the secretaries is Secretary General.
The number of Board elected sector specific secretaries has ranged from 7 to 13 during the last few years. Additionally, three civilian service men are working in the secretariat.
